Performance Marketing Manager
Juiced Media is seeking an experienced Performance Marketing Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you'll be responsible for developing and executing data-driven marketing strategies that drive exceptional results for our clients.
About the Role
As a Performance Marketing Manager at Juiced Media, you'll work closely with our clients to understand their business objectives and develop comprehensive marketing strategies that deliver measurable results. You'll be responsible for managing campaigns across multiple channels, analyzing performance data, and continuously optimizing for maximum ROI.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute performance marketing strategies across paid search, paid social, display, and other digital channels
- Manage client relationships, including regular reporting, strategy presentations, and day-to-day communication
- Analyze campaign performance data to identify optimization opportunities and implement data-driven improvements
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, platform updates, and best practices in performance marketing
- Collaborate with creative, content, and analytics teams to ensure integrated marketing approaches
- Develop and manage campaign budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to meet client objectives
- Implement advanced attribution models to accurately measure campaign performance and ROI
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in performance marketing or digital marketing
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns across multiple channels
- Strong analytical skills with experience using data to drive decision-making and optimize campaign performance
- Proficiency with major advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Data Studio, etc.)
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly explain complex concepts to clients and team members
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)
- Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or other relevant platforms are a plus
